Chris I didnt even know I needed this until I did! I am very elated about this purchase. As the weather starts to turn. I love sitting on my back patio however it feels miles away from my larger fire-pit and I dont always feel like lighting that. I just needed a little something for those cozy nights sitting outside. This was a wonderful decision and this far no regrets. I will say you do need smaller pieces of wood. I bought kindling wood but they need to be cut down to size. Other than that love it!

I was looking for a solo stove style fire pit, but don't want something huge when I'm out back by myself, so this is perfect! I burn wood pellets in it, and prefer that to wood. For me, they make less smoke, and put off less Ash. 10/10! My aunt and I even took it camping in the dead of November in the mountains of West Virginia, and it put off enough heat to keep us warm for a few hours before bed, and she loved it so much she had to buy herself one.

Review lord I have a standard sized fire ring in our backyard, but sometimes the smoke is a bit much. I got this because I saw someone use a more expensive brand on YouTube with pellets and it seemed pretty smokeless. I bought a bag of pellets and tried it out one night. This little thing produces nearly zero smoke once it gets the secondary burn going. It took awhile for the pellets to catch fire, but once it does be prepared for a lot of heat. My wife, son, and I sat around it and had to back off a bit because the heat it generates could be felt all around. For such a small portable unit it works very well. I've used it multiple times since my purchase and prefer to use it over our regular fire pit unless we have a family get together or something. Burn times vary depending on what you use. Full about 3/4 with pellets gave me roughly over an hr. Once it's burned through clean up is a cinch because you literally have nothing but fine ash. Small enough to take anywhere, produces good heat, burns efficiently. Less pricey than the name brand ones. A winner in my book.
