Thankfully they send extra belts

The belt that came on the machine was so loose that it couldn't spin a lightly loaded drum. Thankfully, they provide 3 extra belts and the first one I tried fixed the problem. I texted their technical department. Hopefully they'll respond and send an additional belt.TV.Update: Customer service contacted me within 24 hours and they are sending additional belts. The belts arrived promptly and the tumbler is working perfectly. The customer service was excellent and easy to contact via text messaging.

Enough with the waste of time. This Rock Tumbler is quality built. It is very easy to use and the grand kids are super excited. I personally have used other tumblers but now that this one is running I believe it is the best one. I make jewellery as a hobby and this tumbler is going to make it a lot easier. Now the product. Very easy instructions to follow, Everything needed is with it, including a bag of nice rocks for tumbling. The polishing grit needed is in 4 different packets along with the filler that is needed. It does make a little noise from tumbling , but it is not any nosier than the dishwasher. Just set it aside for noise reduction. Now the VERY important part. Support is phenomenal . I had emails asking if everything was OK. They offered there help anytime I needed it. Then they sent me extra drive belts for FREE. My hats off to the wonderful producers as well as the support. I will buy more as they will make WONDERFUL GIFTS.

I love my rock tumber!

The customer service is fast and efficient! if your tumbler ever has a malfunction they will offer you all the help to try and help and fix it, because they care about your experience. They also include everything you need such as rocks, grit, and strainer, and even a free extra gift (if you do extra steps :) !! )I recently just finished the 1st process with my rocks and let me just say it's so easy to use, the instructions are very well written. Not only that but the rocks look great so far! I definitely would reccomend buying this product.

Excellent set up for Beginners! My first try came out beautiful?

Easy set up and instructions. Includes all grit stages and tumbling media plus very pretty rocks to start right away. I used my own for first time trying it and I was very pleased how they came out. Great customer service response if you have questions about anything. Noise level is acceptable and can be made less by adding more tumbling media. I have mine in spare bedroom and noise is not an issue like I thought it would be. Definitely will get one for my Grandson so we can explore nature and find more awesome rocks to polish and add to our collection.
